Not worth the cost
The TV in the room I was initially given did not have a working TV. The person on duty did send a technician who was unable to fix the tv and so I was moved to another room. The wi-fi did not work at all. I was informed they were having a problem and that the technicians had been notified. The person on duty at night I think did everything she could to assist. I teach online and having access to the internet when I stay is essential. I ended up needing to use my open personal hotspot. In the room I was moved to there was no tray to put the coffee in to make coffee. When I initially asked the morning desk clerk for help she said she had no idea what I was talking about in not a very pleasant voice. Another person on duty came to help and gave me a tray for the coffee maker. It was also challenging to get the conditioner in the shower to come out of the dispenser. Paying $100 a night when there were all these things wrong is not a fair price.

It’s tolerable
The room was nice, beds extremely comfortable. Tub was dirty so I asked to change rooms. The second room had a very bad smell so I stayed in the first room. The entry to rooms isn’t good, in fact it’s a little scary because you enter from the outside and have to use outside elevators.

The bathroom door was a little dated and needed some minor TLC, but that’s the only minor thing. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The AC worked well, and the staff was friendly and kind.

First impression was the room was not cleaned properly with dirt in the corners, hair in the shower, and on the toilet. The carpet was very dirty, our feet were very dirty after walking without shoes. The hall smelled of pot and cigarette smoke, there are signs that say no smoking! When we saw the roaches we decided it was time to go. All that being said…the front staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms need a huge upgrade.

Great place to stay!
Quick overnight stay on our way home from New Orleans. The beds were comfortable, check-in was easy, even though we didn't get there until 10:30 pm. Friendly staff. We stayed here on our down to New Orleans also. Not expensive.

This was our first trip to the Huntsville area. The only positives about this hotel is that the staff was friendly and the location is nice. However, the rooms were filthy. There were black hairs all in our beds and on the towels. The smell in the hallway is horrific. People were smoking weed all night near our room. It was definitely a "party" hotel. Not family friendly. The breakfast was undercooked and not a lot of selection. We will definitely not stay here again.

Very respectful, the pool was clean and stocked with towels, rooms cleaned daily. There’s also a Texaco next store with a taco truck that had some amazing tacos.

Second time staying here, will go back there again. The staff make the place ! Good breakfast, great parking, King bed was very comfortable. Rates are acceptable. There was a slight issue with the reservation, Cherelle ( spelling ? ) was outstanding in taking care of the problem and fixed it quickly !!!
