Wouldn’t stay here

The front door stayed locked and a police officer had to open it for you every time you went outside. There were ceiling tiles missing in the hallways. The elevator inspection has been expired since last year. There was also a man walking around in the lobby during breakfast barefoot and looked like he just crawled out of bed. When I came back from dinner the front desk lady was talking about strip clubs. This seems more like an hourly hotel than a nights stay.

Exceptionally Terrible

A truly terrible hotel. Our room had a broken faucet, a slow toilet drain, a broken toilet seat, a broken bathroom countertop, the hairdryer cord was cut, the sink faucet rattled around, the shower had an indentation in the floor that never drained unless you splashed the water out, there wasn’t any toilet paper, the foldout couch didn’t have bedding, the couch had white stains on it (vomit), no hand towels, only one washcloth, and I’m sure I’m missing something else. We were so grossed out by everything we skipped the included breakfast and ate out instead. One bright spot was the folks working the front desk were extremely nice and apologetic. Definitely don’t go.

The hotel is getting a bit rough around the edges. Could definitely use a refurbishment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Need a little more in terms of cleaning. There was a security guard present at night, this was a little odd, Ive never been to a decent hotel that needed secuirty guard overnight. It was quiet but I stayed one night. Stains in carpet and on ceiling. There was a hair on the shower wall that wasnt mune. My counter top was glued together at the sink. Staff was amazing, everyone was so friendlyz positive and upbeat! Definitely made up for cosmetics.

Not horrible but close.

Fire alarm at 1:30 in morning. No fire. Housekeeping did not provide towels. Did not remove trash. This was after they asked. My wife even put the towels outside the door as asked. Not a horrible experience but close.

Positive experience

The lady at the reception was very kind and courteous. Explained everything very well and checked us in with a positive attitude. The room was also clean and comfortable.

It was okay.

The hotel is very old. My door look did not work at all, the light in the bathroom did not work either. There were no soaps or shampoo in the showers. The elevator constantly smelled loud. Not a lot of staff, but I must brag on the staff for having a great work-ethic. The girl at the front desk was very helpful during my stay, she was very apologetic about my front door but it was not her fault.
