Whats not too like amazg place and value for money
This place is absolutely stunning..i originally booked for two nights intending to move elsewhere but everything about the resort is unbelievable so I have booked 3 more nights and may stay even longer and for go my plans to visit Luxor..the whole place is exceptionally clean and tidy ..the staff are amazing and the food is tasty beyond belief..There is the usual buffet offering which is amazingly varied and of exceptional quality and there is the option to reserve a dinner spot at one of 5 different themed restaurants..offering 3 to 5 course meals of very high standard.The rooms are impeccably clean spacious and comfortable and you get free wifi with no connection issues ,anywhere on the premises..all the staff are lovely and obviously enjoy working here.

What a great stay we’ve had a Prima Life Makadi Bay. The hotel amenities are excellent – an array of swimming pools and direct access to a private beach with an amazing reef just offshore. My partner isn’t a confident swimmer so she preferred to stay on the shore-side of the reef which is in-depth for most adults. On the other side of the reef the water is much deeper and the coral and fish even more spectacular. Our room was well-appointed with a balcony, comfortable bed, and very considerate touches like a kettle, mini fridge and ever a drying line in the bathroom. Beach towels are provided in your room and are enormous. Everything was just so well thought-out. Food was great with a huge variety of choice at every sitting. Most of all the team members were so welcoming, attentive and warm. Special mention to Mahmood the pasta / omelette chef and the lady who bakes in the bread oven

We just finished our stay and the accommodations were incredible. Service and staff was really fantastic. Food was typical Egyptian offerings with many extras. Grounds always clean and spotless. Room was very clean and our housekeeper was super nice. You can find everything at the hotel no need to even leave the hotel. From pharmacy to handbags to jewelry….all!

Ahmed à l’entrée a été un véritable fléau pour nous à chaque sortie, il se mêlait de ce qui ne le regardait pas et son comportement associé à celui de certains chauffeurs uber malhonnêtes a rendu notre séjour infernal. À part cela, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. L’hôtel est grand avec une grande piscine impraticable car glacée (tout l’hôtel se retrouve donc à la plage. La nourriture était “particulière” le pain fait maison était excellent mais certains plats manquaient de goûts et les choix étaient relativement limités. Les fruits n’étaient pas forcément mûrs donc durs à manger. Les réceptionnistes étaient adorables et avenants ainsi que le bagagiste.

A Perfect Blend of Relaxation & Diving Adventures
The Prima Life Makadi Hotel was perfect for a week's stay. I had the pleasure of having a solo diving holiday, where I was spending most of my time amongst the beautiful Makadi Bay coral reefs. But, when I had some down time, the hotel was perfect to just relax, and watch the day go by. The staff were all kind, pleasant and spoke good English. The property and facilities were clean and well managed. The location was excellent for any diving and snorkeling enthusiast, but also for anyone just wanting to relax in the sun. The management of the property and reception were very organised and kind. They let me use all the facilities up until leaving in the evening, even after checking out - showing how much they value their guests. Overall an excellent week away at the Prima Life. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing for a relaxing week away in the sun.

The bar and cleaning staff is very friendly. The reception staff was not very helpful when I asked for a late check out. The resorts coral reef is very beautiful. The food, especially the fresh made pizzas at the beach bar and the fresh made bread, were very tasty. Overall the resort is very nice but their entertainment team was very annoying and irritating. Hearing them constantly shouting “stretching let’s gooo” or volleybal or pétanque etc… ruined it for me. That and the people doing constant rounds trying to sell trips or massages at the wellness center. Would also have been nice to get a ground plan of the resort when checking in.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff was especially friendly and helpful with any issues. I bought a celebration package for my wife which included robes in the room, breakfast in bed, and a romantic candlelit dinner by the beach. Amenities were plentiful and we had all that we needed. Food was delicious. Would recommend.

Not only the location is amazing with a house reef, but also the staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was really an relaxing holiday with plenty of activities to do even if you decide not to leave the hotel.

A very solid and affordable mid-tier all-inclusive resort. Very friendly and helpful staff, decent food, a great beach access with soft sand and corals and lots of fish if you are into snorkeling. I’ll definitely be back given an opportunity.

Amazing for kids
The place was amazing specially if you have kids they will really enjoy.i came with my husband and we like the beache which no problem hotel has shuttle bus to take us.food:i considered 3 star class meat is not well cooked same menu all the time we spend 4 nights and hoping we can enjoy one of the meal but very disappointed desserts are typical 3 star hotel

I have a lot of stuff i didn't like it this hotel Like food is very bad and not testy enough not alot of variety you can choose from the buffet they repeating the items every day and some of them kind of disgusting , swimming pool is very dirty and not clean at all , the hotel stuff not honest and somebody stole my wife's gold chain From inside the saving box and we call the police and did a report after that they returned back to us I never seen dirty hotel like that in my life

I felt very safe here…
I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. Try their specialised restaurants as they are a treat (you need to book). The hotel should stock decaf coffee but I think it’s difficult for them to get it in Egypt. I was all inclusive but as I don’t drink caffeine or alcohol was very limited by what I could have. Water was plentiful. The gardens are beautifully maintained and I loved watching the birds enjoy themselves in open spaces and trees. Security is amazing here! They always checked I was ok when I went out alone and made sure taxis had to give their info. I felt so safe. The animations team is the best I have ever seen. Sarah, Roji just delightful. A special shout out to Hager who was professional and really cared about the customer experience. In the restaurant Gaber who always made sure my smoothie was ready (3 dollars payable as not in all inclusive option). Taxis are expensive but if you ask for a local taxi number they will help you. I had one driver throughout my stay. Don’t use Uber once you boon it they message you to say the price is tenfold! Overall amazing stay. I have rebooked for December.

Not our first time and - God willing - will not be the last one. I can't express enough gratitude for the wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm welcome set the tone for our vacation. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of the pool. Special thanks to Mr. Assem for arranging everything from day zero. The facilities are top-notch, with an array of delicious dining options and fun activities for everyone, especially the chef Mr. Samy and Mr. Mohamed Obama. It is too far from the city center, and the transportation is inconvenient. The transportation provided by the hotel is too expensive. There shall be 3 restaurants in this hotel, but I don't know when other restaurants in the hotel will open,In fact ,I can only eat buffets during my three-day stay.

I would like to thank everyone in Prima life ,staff is amazing and friendly ,special thanks to Bodda from the animation team , the maintenance is amazing ,food has a lot of variety,you should try as well a la carte restaurant Xslusive was bot wow but soho is amazing ,didn’t get a chance to try the other ,no need to go snorkelling trip you can have the same closed to the beach , will definitely go back Last word to management: your team really loves you i ve never been in a place that employees are happy and proud to work with you keep going you are doing great
