The room was not as handicap accessible as most of other rooms that we stayed in. The bed was only accessible with a wheelchair on one side. Parking at this hotel does not appear to be convenient especially if you need a handicap space.

Had to book a room after a tree rook out our living room window, we got this place vecause it had a hot tub, indoor pool and the room i reserved had a king size bed and couch that faced the rv so we coukd sit on the couch and relax to watch tv. Well the hit tub is far outdated and the pool had paint peeling and what looked like a hair tumbleweed floating along the bottom of the pool. The room was cleanish and nit at all what we reserved, the bed was only a queen and the couch was nowhere near facing the tv. There was only one soap and one each shampoo and conditioner which the size of the bottle was nowhere near enough to wash my hair which is quite short mind you. The strict no pet policy was a bit exessive to the point where service dogs werent even allowed.

Satisfactory would stay again
Front desk was quick, pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was as well. No frills stay but pleasant enough and convenient for us to hang out at and get too.

As others have said, there are aspects that may need updating, but it looks to me that they have tried. The hotel is older. The lady who checked us in went above and beyond and was super helpful and nice. The maintenance man was also very nice( we didn't need him, he just struck up a conversation.). The room was very clean. There was coffee and water in the lobby. We did not partake in the free breakfast. For the cost of the room, we would def stay again.

Homeless souls loitering outside in the parking lots. Very noisy at night. Personnel were exceptionally friendly and informative. Restaurant was Fantastic. Take the unfortunate vagrants out of the mix and this lication would be great

It is an average to good Comfort Inn. Melissa at the desk was wonderful. The staff during breakfast kept the area clean and well stocked. Give them all raises, they would be the reason I would chose to come back to your hotel :)
