Heavenly retreat
Absolutely mesmerising. The proximity to the beach, the infinity swimming pool , eating out in a natural beautiful garden.,, also having access to the body treatments such as hammam make this hotel truly stand out. I am in love with it

Location was great and walkable to the main dining options. Parking was free and convenient on the property. Breakfast was €13 and was good variety. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the bathroom/shower situation left little to no privacy. There was just a curtain between the shower and the beds. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, so we didn’t even get to use it.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Staff was very polite. Just a shame due to Covid the pool was closed, but we were informed personally some days ago as they called us!

Very welcoming staff
Very welcoming staff. Nice location and amenities. Kettle in the room would be nice however I understand Ibis doesn't usually provides one in the room. All staff speak English which was very helpful and the food in the restaurant was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Cadre agréable pour un séjour détente
Bel établissement tout proche de la plage avec terrasse extérieure. Chambres propres et rénovées. Bémol : notre chambre au rez de chaussée avait une salle d'eau ouverte, juste séparée par un rideau. De plus l'entrée de la chambre donne sur un couloir ouvert sur le parking de l'hôtel, façon motel. Les prestations du restaurant de l'hôtel sont moyennes pour le prix. Néanmoins il y a de nombreux autres restaurants un peu plus loin vers le centre de La Capte.

Saleté totale ! Une grosse mensonge sur leur site : « Piscine ouverte de 8h30 -19 h!!!!!!!!!!!! On dirait une piscine municipale…… fermeture 5 fois par jour !!!!! Soit disant «  les cours aquatiques «  .. le maître nageur extrêmement agressif vulgaire désagréable odieux…….les chambres c’est plutôt des cellules de prison…… extrêmement sale. Ménage fait 3 minutes chrono….. sèche serviette en guise de chauffage ????!!!!!!!!!?!??!??odeur nauséabonde à la réception….. allez ailleurs ….. ne gaspillez pas votre argent …….
