Terraced on 2 levels approximately 100 m2 in a secure subdivision in a quiet area.
Weekly or monthly, a house very well located close to all the amenities of downtown Hyères les Palmiers.
The house includes everything you need, furniture and appliances for maximum comfort for a good holiday.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms at your disposal, with 1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 140.
A bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a bathroom in the bedroom with a 160 bed, and
1 baby cot and high chair.

On the ground floor, the fully equipped open kitchen and large living room which overlooks a small garden of 70 m2 with terrace, composed of a gas barbecue with its furniture for meals under the vine.

The linen can be offered as an option.

Cleaning is included in the rental price subject to reservation.

The charges (electricity and water) are not included.

A deposit of 800 € is requested by check or cash upon arrival, it will of course be returned upon your departure after inventory.

Super séjour à Hyères
Nous (3 adultes et un adolescent) avons passé un super séjour à Hyères les deux dernières semaines de juillet. La maison est très bien située, très agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipée (nous avions rarement vu une location aussi bien équipée). La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables. La climatisation de toutes les chambres et du salon est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont charmants et ce séjour à Hyères a été un vrai bonheur.

Notre semaine à Noel dans cette belle maison s'est déroulée à merveille. Location très bien équipée, propre, bien décorée, dans un quartier très calme et sécurisé, avec en plus un petit jardin dont nous avons pu profiter même en décembre ! Location parfaite pour toute notre famille. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Our summer holiday at Hyères
The house is a beautiful property, clean and very well kept. The nice kitchen is fully equipped, there are pans of all kinds, the Nespresso coffee machine and anything that is needed for cooking. It's really functional. We really appreciated it. The outdoor patio and the garden are very spacious and pleasant for good moments of relax. There's also a nice barbeque that works very well.The place is very peaceful and neibourghs were really welcoming towards us. The city center is not far away and the beach of Almanarre, that we liked most, is very close. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to return soon. Emanuela & family from Italy

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison, en toute chose conforme à l’annonce. Elle est située dans un lotissement, au calme, la voiture est toutefois indispensable tant pour les courses que pour les ballades.

Größte Urlaubsenttäuschung die wir je erlebt haben. Zustand und Ausstattung inakzeptabel.
Altes primitiv eingerichtetes Reihenhaus ,mit Ungeziefer , Lebensmittelreste der Vorbewohner in Küchenschränken , Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, lezterer steht neben Gartenutensilien und Gerümpel in der Garage, teilweise schmutzig. Entspricht in keinem Punkt der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen im Internetauftritt. Nach Anreise am 14.09. gegen 18:00 und Besichtigung haben wir beschlossen das Haus nicht zu beziehen und haben am 14.09. gegen 19:00 die Schlüssel zurückgegeben.

Maison agréable, spacieuse, calme... très bien!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la résidence est calme, l'accès pratique, joli jardin , maison très propre... à recommander! Petites améliorations: pour les étrangers, possibilité de payer la caution par virement afin d'éviter de se balader plusieurs jours avec trop de liquide. Pour les gens du 3ème age une rampe dans l'escalier serait agréable.

Nous avions loué cette maison lonpas pour les vacances mais en dépannage entre deux déménagements.... nous nous sommes crus en vacances ....je note l'adresse pour des amis en vacances ... tout y est: joli jardin même si nous n avons pas eu l occasion de s y poser ... maison fonctionnelle. On trouve de tout jeux de société livres DVD... les enfants étaient heureux ... pour découvrir la région presqu'île de hyeres ....n hésitez pas ... la dame qui est sur place pour l état des lieux, ménage, est tout aussi gentille ..
