Updated farmhouse on 27 acres in Broken Bow, OK. This charming house sleeps 4 - 6 people and offers a real taste of farm life. Meet our goats and gather fresh eggs each morning from our chicken coop. Pets welcome.

The house features two living areas, a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, rainmaker shower in the master bath, king-size adjustable bed in the master bedroom. All linens provided. Media room has a 72 inch flat screen TV, popcorn machine, play station 4. High speed internet and wifi throughout the house.

Secluded and private, the 5 acres surrounding our farmhouse are fenced in, great for kids and pets. Guests will have access to the entire 27 acre property including a stocked pond, manicured pastures and forested areas, outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill. Great location for star gazing away from the crowds in Hochatown.

Property is easy to access, located 10 minutes from the heart of Broken Bow and 15 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown. Enjoy all that Broken Bow has to offer and then retreat to your own private hideaway.

This farmhouse can be combined with our Glamping tent, also listed on VRBO, and a brand new 2021 Apex Nano RV with full hookups (electricity, water, sewer and internet). Our Glamping tent is one of kind and sleeps an additional 4 people. The Apex Nano sleeps an additional 5 people. Please message us if you are interested in booking the farmhouse, Glamping tent and Apex Nano together.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Peace and quiet.
Very nice home in the country. We loved getting fresh eggs in the morning. Overall a great stay. The king bed was not that comfortable. Other than that we had a great stay.

Relaxing escape away
We loved our stay at the farmhouse. We had everything we needed to relax and feel comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Our kids (and dog) absolutely loved going out and seeing the goats and chickens. At night we enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit or cuddling on the giant couch watching movies. We even took a spin at fishing at the pond and actually caught one! Location is not too far from downtown Broken Bow and Hochatown where there is plenty to do. Owners are very kind and extremely helpful!! We look forward to coming back!

Great Spot for Relaxation
Stayed on this wonderful property and was a fantastic experience, we will definitely be staying again! We loved all the farm animals, the fire pit, the lightning bugs, the pond, the fresh eggs! Holly was a wonderful host and encouraged our son to interact with the animals during feeds, which was wonderful! Loved the place!

This updated farmhouse is the perfect getaway for couples, families etc. we loved the overall home and the property. It has everything you would need and more. The goats were a treat as well wanting to be petted and loved on. We definitely want to come back again.

Country Retreat
This house was a perfect get-a-way! The quiet country atmosphere was just what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was so much fun waking up to a rooster! The fresh eggs were a special treat too. Far enough away from the crowd and noise of town, yet close enough to spend the day at Beavers Bend State Park and surrounding area.

Fun Experience
We had such a great time staying here. My daughter absolutely fell in love with the goats & got a kick out of checking for Chicken’s eggs every day. Everything was exactly as described, and in a convenient location to the Beavers Bend State Park and other attractions. This was our first trip to Broken Bow and we will absolutely be back!

Clean & comfortable farmhouse
We had a great stay at this Broken bow farmhouse. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and the property was very well kept & clean. My kids really enjoyed the chickens, goats & peacock, as well as making s’mores in the fire pit. It was an easy drive to Beaver’s Bend State Park and so nice to come back to a clean bed & bathroom rather than a tent. 😊
