Went to check in about 4pm (check in time is 3) and room wasn’t and was told it would be another hour before it was cleaned. Checked back in an hour and room still wasn’t done so we downgraded to a small room just so we could get in. Super frustrating when traveling with 3 kids and have dinner plans to get to.

So clean and so nice! The sheets are so soft, I want them for my own house! Staff was wonderful and friendly. We needed more blankets and they were so quick to bring them.

The property was very new and in pristine condition. The room was large and comfortable. We were offered discounted hot breakfast vouchers for $6 a piece. The only issue was that the window for the room did not open and the room doesn't seem to be mechanically ventilated adequately. Stale air high in CO2 isn't the best for sleep.

Very Clean!
The hotel is only 4 years old and well maintained. It is clean, with the new-style look. The restaurant in the hotel has very good food with reasonable prices. Excellent customer service in all areas.
