Avoid this hotel completely. Stayed for 2 nights. Cost 470$ 25$ a night for a cot! That would be fine if the hotel wasnt disgusting! Outdated. My blankets had holes in them. The pool has tiles missing and broken ceiling is moldy nasty brown and falling down. I tried to cancel my second night it was so bad and they wouldnt let me. Im extremely upset. 520$ for that hotel is sickening. Poorly lit parking lot dingy area avoid this hotel!

Property sits on the river walkway which is convenient. Building is aged and showing wear. It needs a major upgrade to keep it competitive. Price is very competitive leaning to the low side. Very quiet as not many guests.

There was mold on the bath tub,the windows were so dirty you could not see out, heater was noisy with what sounded like the fan moter going out, the parking area has large cracks and holes in the asphalt driveway into the hotel, weeds were ever where !

We stayed in room 248. There was no locking bar on the door, although the door locked fine. Our bathroom light and fan were both inoperable. Breakfast was great, especially since it was free. Stayed multiple times prior to this with no complaints

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. it was filthy dirty dust and webs throughout the Chandeliers the minute I walked in to check in I was overwhelmed by the smell of mold or mildew. I thought maybe I was overreacting so I proceeded to check in but after getting to my room a realizing how outdated everything was I tried to call front desk to see if they could move me rooms witch I was denied said I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning well let me tell you that the manager was very rude an unprofessional when I voiced my concerns he was quick to say well how about we check you out! I said that’s not what I was asking for but had there been availability in the other properties around this dump I would have most definitely took him up on that. rather then sleeping in my work truck I asked him to simply move me to a room where I could open the window witch he rudely said he would not! So I explained to him that the only reason we even consider that hotel (Shilo ) was because the pictures they have online looked way nicer than what they had us in. To begin with the gym looked big an verity of machines witch they didn’t have an where all broken an missing dumbbells only 2 mismatched dumbbells on the rack, no operating lights, pool looked very dirty witch mind you nobody I mean nobody staying there got in. Just very unsanitary moldy rusty smelly stain linen. worst stay I’ve had anywhere by far!! If I could help future guest looking to stay here. Don’t do it!!

This hotel in major need of renovation or tear down and upgraded completely. Although we did get room with view of river, the door to deck was stuck and difficult to open. Could not enjoy outside as the chairs would filthy and full of spider webs etc. The bathroom sink had a finger nail in it! The shower had a used bar of soap not a new one. The toilet barely flushed. The whole experience was terrible. I would never stay here again. I feel like we should be refunded for entire cost of our stay it was that bad.

The staff was nice, but unorganized. Two different couples tried to get into our room after 10:00 pm. The only luggage cart we could find had a bent wheel. The tub plug didn’t work in the bathtub. They had lemonade for breakfast??? We will not be returning to Shilo Inn in Idaho Falls.
