Podgorica, 65 kilometres to the east, and Sarajevo, found 160 kilometres to the north, are two excellent cities that are within a few hours' drive of Igalo.

Enjoy a day playing games by the seaside at Copacabana Beach or Lapad Beach.

Break out on a journey to some nearby natural beauty spots. 35 kilometres out of Igalo, Lokrum Island is all yours to explore. Lovcen National Park, 30 kilometres away, is another excellent place to kick your heels up.

Igalo Beach is worthy of a visit. You should also be able to take some nice holiday snaps at Church of St Michael.

Want even more fantastic attractions? Head to Suscepan, 2 kilometres north of Igalo, for Savina Monastery and Kanli Kula Fortress. Alternatively, Njivice is 2 kilometres to the southeast, and it's here you'll discover Old Railway Station and Citadella.
