Exceptional views of the Bay Kerdelan and sailboats, with a large terrace at the water, separated from the beach by a car-free customs path. Enclosed garden of 1000m2 with trees.
A 6-minute walk through the customs path from the small port of the island and the town with all shops and services (post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, etc..). Sailing lessons at the end of the beach.
Linen and towels provided, bed and baby seat, comprehensive high-end equipment. New bedding high-end.
Private garage for 2 cars on the continent, shuttle to the mainland in 3 minutes several times per hour. TGV station in Vannes (11km). International Airport Lorient.

On the main beach of the island, Villa 1930, fully and meticulously renovated in 2009, views and unique location, high-quality services and charm of a family home. Large terrace facing the sea overlooking the living room with large sofa, porch and fireplace, large kitchen high-end under a veranda overlooking the garden. All rooms have their own bathroom. Linen and towels provided. Complete equipment and high-quality services: 3D TV 100cm (for rainy days!), Nespresso coffee machine, stereo high-end with Ipod dock, wifi ADSL, new beds, three hours of cleaning per week included. The mild climate allows year-round roses, palm trees, hydrangeas and large pines thrive. Baden Golf, Thalasso Quiberon, trips stars to Belle-Ile, Houat and Hoëdic from Ile-aux-Moines. Yacht and nearby stars. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the San Francisco, cellar and renowned in the Gulf table, 7 minutes from 'The Spray' restaurant, another best restaurant on the island, 4 minutes the mythical bar 'Chez Charlemagne. There are many other bars, restaurants and pancake, I leave you the pleasure of discovering. Ty Marie is a special house in a fantastic location and Francois is a kind,helpful and thoughtful host who guided us through the arrival process (ferry with trolleys for our luggage from the port) and welcomed us to his family's house on this lovely island. Fantastic
Property is as good as it looks! Great house and host and we hope to visit again. Note that every room has its own shower room and sink but the WC is shared in the 3 upstairs rooms. We would definitely stay again!

Petit paradis très bien situé
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par nos hôtes. La maison est située à 3 minutes à pied du port tout en étant protégée des nuisances du flot de touristes quotidien déversé sur l'île. L'accès immédiat à la plage est très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. La terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe et son jardin ombragé permet de profiter des extérieurs par tous les temps. Literie très bonne. Distribution d'une salle de bain par chambre appréciée. Cuisine fonctionnelle et conviviale avec sa vue sur le jardin. Nous reviendrons !

Das Haus hat absolut alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt - die Beschreibung trifft in allen Belangen zu. Die Lage ist einfach einmalig: nahe zum Hafen , wo die Fähre anlegt, wie auch zum Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, trotzdem Direkt oberhalb des Strandes mit phantastischem Weitblick über den Golf von Morbihan. Das Haus ist in top Zustand, sehr schön mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet, toll eingerichteter Wohn-Küche mit Wintergarten. Sehr schön angelegter, intimer Garten. Wir wurden vom Besitzer herzlich empfangen mit Champagner im Kühlschrank .Auch unser Hund war willkommen, was in einem so schönen Ferienhaus eher die Ausnahme ist. Kurzum: es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt- und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

Maison conforme à la description, spacieuse, bien aménagée. La cuisine est juste splendide avec sa verrière baignée par le soleil dès le matin. Le sous sol est magique pour les petits et les grands!!! Toutes les pièces ont une vue exceptionnelle. Et la terrasse!! quelle vue!! L'exposition sud ouest est très appréciable. La proximité des commerces .. En bref, un petit PARADIS Les propriétaires sont charmants, avec en plus un petit panier d'accueil très savoureux!!
