Pousada bem confortável e tranquila. O café da manhã uma delicia, muito bem servido, com diversas variedades de pães, bebidas, e bolos. Quarto limpo, travesseiros macios, não tive problemas com insetos. Piscina aquecida, o que é um grande diferencial, pq o tempo estava fechado para ir a praia. Os funcionários todos bem discretos e gentis. Obrigado pela estadia, especialmente ao Sr. Ceará que passou contatos dós motoristas que atendem. Pois na Ilha não tem nenhum app de corrida. Somente taxi e motoristas particulares.

Completamente decepcionado!
Infelizmente, minha estadia na pousada Atiaia foi a pior que já tive dentre todas as hospedagens pelas quais passei. Ao chegar na pousada o check-in foi feito por uma funcionária completamente sem cordialidade, ríspida e irônica. Só não foi mais chato porque demorou para cair a ficha do que estava acontecendo. Ao chegar no quarto, havia um cheiro fortíssimo de urina, além da limpeza estar precária com pente de cabelo mofado sobre uma das camas, cama de casal sem roupa de cama e sem toalhas. A noite a roupa de cama e banho foi disponibilizada para que nós, hospedes arrumássemos e assim o fizemos. Ao ir tomar banho verificamos que o chuveiro (que é elétrico) estava queimado e a janela que é transparente e sem cortina dá para um corredor no imóvel ao lado com visão dentro do cômodo. Suplicamos para trocar de quarto, visto que era a melhor solução possível após todos os problemas, mas infelizmente informaram que a pousada estava com 100% da capacidade em uso na terça-feira a noite. As informações dadas pelos funcionários não batiam. Um dizia que o quarto estava fechado e sem uso faz tempo e por isso os problemas, outra dizia que tinha acabado de ser desabitado e limpo. Não tenho como recomendar a ninguém após a péssima experiência.

Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e a cama que dormimos foi com dois colchões de solteiro juntos (que por sinal um deles estava péssimo). Na descrição, refere ar condicionado split porém não é. A Tv é de tubo e na descrição diz que é LCD. Para ter acesso ao quarto precisa subir uma escada caracol, perguntei sobre na recepção e a atendente disse que tinha na descrição, porém olhei novamente a descrição e não achei! E no final da viagem percebemos que atrás do guarda-roupa tinha uma porta que dá acesso a outro cômodo. A pousada em si é bem charmosa mas nosso quarto deixou mt a desejar.
