The hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the park, river, shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was also lovely with an amazing outdoor space and breakfast had a good choice of food and catered well for dietary requirements. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, although the sofa bed was a bit battered. The only real complaint was the noise from the air con unit in the room which was very loud and rattled, but everything else about the hotel was fantastic

There is amble parking. The location is brilliant. I adore the outside space, relax with a coffee or glass of wine at the river edge. The breakfast meet and greet was refreshingly cheerful, the breakfast was very good value for money, clean, tidy and constantly replaced. We couldn't fault it. There are loads of areas to relax inside the hotel, all looked neat, clean and tidy. Check-in was slow and slightly awkward due to the receptionist accent and tendency to speak too quickly, and our age and hearing. It would be really helpful to have a map of the town, or some guide in the reception area. The spa poolside changing room was extremely slippy, could have done with a mop and clean up. The staff were ok. For the room, the bathroom was a bit tired. The bath was chipped, but all very clean, the towels were lovely and soft and extremely white. The toiletries were of good quality. Unfortunately we had some children in the next room with friends in the rooms opposite who took great joy in banging the doors! Annoying, but the hotel cant be blamed for that. In all, we we definitely be back.

Excellent for stay in Stratford. Great parking and with EV charger. Ideal location- a few minutes walk to town. Breakfast was excellent- very busy but can everything you could possibly want. Would stay again.

The size of the room was great for a family of 4 (spacious) and it was especially good that the kids had a sofa bed each rather than being expected to share. The hotel was so close to everything, it’s a lovely area. Breakfast was great, staff very attentive and the pool was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable stay. Lots of little extras. Lovely garden a terrace. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice! A very convenient li action to walk to the Royal Shakespeare theatre and all the local sights.

Nicely positioned hotel for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Nice rooms, leisure facilities a bit dated but functional. Garden & terrace bar nice, deckchairs could do with a clean.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location for easy access to everything Stratford Upon Avon has to offer. The rooms were great and the whole hotel was immaculate. Bar area was excellent and staff very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
