The whole crew were just amazing, from the security guards to housekeeping staff, door men and receptionists. I can recommend this hotel.

Nice, not so friendly

The hotel/staff did not want to give more than 2 towels per day for a room that can sleep 4. They would not leave washcloths and most of the time they did not replensh the coffee. To make matters worse, they would only let 2 people eat breakfast for free, the other 2 had to pay for a breakfast that is supposed to be included.

We arrived and found windows did not close properly so sound from street and mosquitos. Room smelled like it had been empty for years, moldy smell did not go away even after AC started. No hot water available and we were even charged for ice. Pool was closed. Checked out as soon as we could the next day.

Check in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, mirror had some finger smudges on it. But was quickly cleaned up. The AC functioned was A . Shower was A Internet was a B- The Internet cut in and out. Breakfast was great, enjoyed the selection. They also have a Japanese restaurant down at the lobby level. The food was fresh and amazing. All in all I’ll be returning. It was a great experience. Thank you.
