Check in took forever after a long flight. By the time we checked in the restaurant was closed and there was nothing to eat that was available except an emptied and busy emart. Realized the room service was still open for 10 minutes and called like 10 times and no answer. I called the front desk several times before finally getting a hold of someone who then contacted the person managing room service with a couple minutes to spare. The next day, the hotel hosted an event in the morning so food again was unavailable. Definitely was unhappy with the overall experience after a tiring flight. I probably would not stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience staying at ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport T2. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for layovers, with easy access to the terminal and a reliable shuttle service. As an Expedia Silver member, I was delighted to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for resting between flights. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of options to start the day right. I’d definitely love to stay here again for any future layovers. Highly recommended for travelers passing through Incheon Airport!

A bit far from the terminal. You need a taxi or take the shuttle. Other than that, the rooms were clean, I didn’t like the sensor light at the entrance that kept switch on and off during the night when we were sleeping.

I loved this hotel. It is a business or one stand night hotel since it is conveniently close from the Airport T2. I stayed there only one night and the staff was amazing, they speak good English so it is easy to communicate and get clear signals. Also they provide accurate and helpful information about how to get to the Inspire arena and book a taxi for me. The hotel has shared shuttle which is super convenient if you have lot of luggage. Installations are new and the breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but at least eggs and vegetables are available.
