The concern in this review is that the price quoted through Expedia was apparently some form of a "mistake fare" keyed in by either the hotel or Expedia. I was rung up by the hotel (international call charges applied to me!) and told to "top up" KRW10,000 for the room, or to have my reservation cancelled in its entirety. This is completely unprofessional, given that the fare paid through Expedia should be full and final. In such cases, the fare difference in the "mistake fare" should have been honoured by Expedia or by the hotel, and not the consumer! This is ridiculous, and I was made to be blamed for the fare that I paid online. It was a very condescending manner to which I was treated, and this left an extremely bad impression in my opinion. Added to this, the hotel room was very ordinary, nothing like the "expensive and premium price" I was made to believe during check-in (for added embarrassment of the price that I paid), and there was a dead cockroach in the toilet — it gave me a huge shock when I was in the shower room. I am disgusted with how it all turned out and I will never recommend any one to experience this sort of unprofessional service, ever!
