Nice stay
The location is safe and clean and close to Indianapolis. The beds/sheets/bathrooms were all good. It was the small details that prevented me from giving 5 stars. It was obvious they refilled the hand soap in the bathroom with dish soap. The kitchen was very partially supplied -- they had a huge spice rack but no regular salt or pepper, some pans but some were very warped/unbalanced. There is a dishwasher but no pods to use in it so we washed things by hand.On the plus side, there were very minimal check out requirements: you didn't have to strip the bed or even technically wash used dishes? We just did because it felt weird not to. The management communication was always very fast and responsive. Overall, a good stay. Just not great.

Eclipse Perfection
Stayed herre during eclipse and had great view from balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and easy 5 minute walk to pizza and mexican restaurants. Quiet during the night. Kitchen was fairly well staffed. Would come here again.
