The pool area is in need of repair/TLC. The smoke detector in our room blinked a bright light every 10 seconds that was awful to try and sleep through. The phone in our room did not work and when we tried to text regarding the SD to make sure that was normal, we never got a response.

Nice property. Very clean and well maintained, looks pretty new. Staff was friendly. I personally didn’t love the layout/design of the room I had. It was an odd arrangement. Furthermore, there’s a reason most hotels have carpet. Sounds like a heard of elephants stomping around overhead on those laminate floors. Also didn’t like there’s no complimentary breakfast, purchase buffet style, but rather meager selection for additional cost.

Great New Hotel But no Breakfast
Everything was great and you can walk from the hotel to the pacers training facility. The only downside was that there was no breakfast offered even for purchase. The hotel is not in proximity to any walkable restaurants. I hope the hotel will consider a hot breakfast on the weekends.
