Avoid this hotel, they double charged me and after 6 weeks of calling, emailing them they denied to refund, the manager Jay Singh is very is dishonest and never available to speak and does not return calls. Despite confirming via email that they will refund me, they rejected the refund and charged me additional $500.

The headboard was fallin off the wall. The hair dryer did not work. the refridgerator did not cool like it should. the was no sheet for the pull out sofa. But the room was clean and bug free. The hotel was clean. the breakfast was ok.

Overall a good economical choice... however... called the hotel three times before booking with facility questions (pool). Never answered. When we checked in we were told the pool heater was not functioning. Key reason we booked was the pool The pool area was very dated and not real safe. The rooms are fine, but being my the freeway was quote noisy. On the positive the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. However, I would not stay there again given other slightly more expensive options in the area.

There was no shuttle when we arrived although it was advertised, there was no shuttle when we left, we had to switch room three times. We first checked in because of cleanliness. The only good thing I can say is the front desk guy was very helpful and getting us at least that was acceptable for cleanliness, and the breakfast was OK

The hotel was dated, old, and falling into a state of disrepair. It is located adjacent to the interstate and very close to the airport which is a FedEx hub so it was loud both day and night. The coffee cups were miniature and the breakfast wasn’t restocked frequently. It seemed as if the hotel management was determined to go as cheap as possible on everything. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. I would not stay here again.

One of the dirtiest room I have ever been in.
We came into town after driving 500 miles to go to a funeral. It was the week of the State Fair. Many hotels were book so we tried Quality Inn. The room was long and it was a dark as the light bulb on the pole light was burned out .The only to lights were the bed side lamps. When I turned them on they were thick of dust on the inside and out side of the shades. I think the bed side tables was cleaned with a dirty rag as there were smears all over the night stands. At that point I did pull off the sheets to check for bed bugs. Luckly there were none. The bed was good was dark room. The7045 McFarland Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46237 pole lite bulb was out by the chair. The lampshades were thick with dust. My husbund walk on the foor and his feet were filthy he had to wash them before he went to bed.

Assigned wrong room, no solution. Uncomfortable.
Booked a normal 5 occupant room, advertised on Hotels.com as 2 queen beds plus a couch with a pull out bed. Upon arrival we were given a handicap room that did not have a couch with pull out bed, therefore we were one bed short. The hotel said we booked a handicap room, I showed them our confirmation from Hotels.com indication a normal room with the pull out bed. They said there was nothing they could do because it was a "third party booking". Well that's something they need to work out with Hotels.com, it's not my problem to solve. In addition, one of the queen mattresses or beds was sinking in the middle, neither were comfortable. They should be replaced. On the plus side, I'd say the price almost matched the quality. I did expect a little more however.

The towels smelled bad, the pool water was cold and green because it was dirty, they don't maintain it, the times I asked for room service they didn't do it, I understand that I had to ask for it but even when I asked for it they didn't do it, I had to insist for them to send someone. I was fhere 5 days with my family, the worst hotel I was stay .

The room did not have the couch in the hotel. There was duct tape holding the carpet on the floor. The TV channels are constantly in and out not that that’s a real big breaker. The beds were definitely Worn. The mattresses desperately need replacing. Laying in them, you can definitely feel the curve of a sink in mattress. The room was extremely big, but I had amenities that were definitely not in there. I wish I would’ve taken pictures.
