Booked a normal 5 occupant room, advertised on Hotels.com as 2 queen beds plus a couch with a pull out bed. Upon arrival we were given a handicap room that did not have a couch with pull out bed, therefore we were one bed short. The hotel said we booked a handicap room, I showed them our confirmation from Hotels.com indication a normal room with the pull out bed. They said there was nothing they could do because it was a "third party booking".
Well that's something they need to work out with Hotels.com, it's not my problem to solve.
In addition, one of the queen mattresses or beds was sinking in the middle, neither were comfortable. They should be replaced.
On the plus side, I'd say the price almost matched the quality. I did expect a little more however.
