You will enjoy the luxury of a large, fully updated home with space to spread out, a large deck along with a fully fenced backyard which kids and dogs would love, and plenty of parking! All this, while only being 4.6 miles to the Indy Motor Speedway, under 7 miles to the airport and just 7 miles to downtown!

About our house:
- Basics: 4 bedrooms, & 2.5 bathrooms. 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 Full bed. Sleeps 10 comfortably and can accommodate up to 12 (if requested prior to booking with an air mattress).
- Technology: Ultra-fast Wifi, Nest Thermostat, Key-less entry and SMART TV.
- All the comforts of home: We provide a coffee maker, sugar, sweetener, creamer, and light breakfast snacks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Insta-pot, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathrooms. There is an onsite washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
- Kid friendly: Got kids? We do too! Child-friendly items (toys, books, board games, pack and play, high-chair, plastic plates and utensils, etc.) have been provided. Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof.
- Pet friendly: Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $100 pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs. We have a big, fully fenced backyard that your dogs will love. You are responsible to clean up pet waste in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds.
- COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
Guest access
Key-less check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you a few days prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions.
You can park two cars in the driveway, along with additional street parking.
The entire house is available for your use, except areas behind locked doors (such as owner's closets) and garage.
Other things to note
We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
