Employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Our baby boy is in the NICU and they went and put flowers and designs in our bed! Seriously is the only thing that has put a smile on our face the past couple days! I really appreciate what they did for us and our family and making us feel very welcomed! Amazing experience even thru tough times!

It was nice , however the shower never got warm . For a hotel as new as this one they need to do something to correct that, and our faucet in the shower was extremely loose. Also, the breakfast was not as ideal as some places but very clean

Television/Cable Box did not work. Staff tried to fix it and ended up moving us to another room. Next day, our room was not serviced. I assumed it was due to the room change. I will keep a clear head and give them another opportunity, for hopefully a better outcome.

Quiet, appeared new. If not, it was very well maintained. We went on a Sunday night, no special events so it was a ghost town, but just perfect for a nice quiet night with the family while we visit relatives. Breakfast crew was very welcoming and helpful to us. Will return.

Super Clean, Comfortable & Friendly Staff
We were passing through and booked this hotel to sleep for the night. It looks brand new. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable.Breakfast had more options than I usually fine at the class of hotel. Lots of food (and shopping options) in the shopping plaza next door. I would absolutely stay here again if passing through.

I stayed again due to a business trip and once again another room where the ac unit did not work in another room I stayed in room 321 the first time around and I stayed in 401 the second time and neither one of the ac units worked.
