We were forced to valet park, which was additional charges. I booked a room 7 months in advance for 2 Queen beds but when I checked in there wasn’t any available so I got a king size which was inconvenient since I wanted 2 beds. Went to breakfast at 9:00 and there was nothing left—not even coffee. Staff weren’t able to keep up with a full hotel.

Right by the canal and very pretty. Clean and friendly will definitely stay again. Close Starbucks and walking distance to everything downtown.

Our room was on the street side of the hotel and it was extremely loud overnight. We thankfully took a sound machine with us, but if we hadn’t had that we would have been woken up by the multitude of sirens we heard. The two hotels are combined which is okay until it comes to breakfast. Breakfast was only served in the smaller side and not in the Hampton In side. The space to get food, eat your food, and clean up was so ridiculously small and dirty it was embarrassing. The serving dishes were constantly empty and the area around them was dirty. The coffee pots were also empty on more than occasion. The parking fee is quite high so you will want to be prepared for that. They do offer valet which the girls working are very nice but it again is also pricey.

Although our room was comfy, this hotel was ill-prepared for a full house. Valet parking took about 45 minutes (although the workers were nice!) and Sunday morning breakfast was completely empty by 9:00 even though it was offered until 10:00. There were always 3+ people waiting in line at the front desk any time we were in the lobby.

This hotel is nice and clean! Was a bit confusing as when we booked with another couple they ended up in Homewood suites and we ended up in Hampton inn. Even though the address is the same they are two different hotels. Noticed that a lot in Indianapolis, hotels with more than one name on the outside. Walking distance to the Lucas Oil stadium is about a mile. Breakfast was ok with a medium amount of choices. Chase busted his butt off in the Hampton Inn breakfast bar all by himself. Whenever he needed something he had to go downstairs to get it. Give the guy a raise!
