This hotel is nice and clean! Was a bit confusing as when we booked with another couple they ended up in Homewood suites and we ended up in Hampton inn. Even though the address is the same they are two different hotels. Noticed that a lot in Indianapolis, hotels with more than one name on the outside. Walking distance to the Lucas Oil stadium is about a mile. Breakfast was ok with a medium amount of choices. Chase busted his butt off in the Hampton Inn breakfast bar all by himself. Whenever he needed something he had to go downstairs to get it. Give the guy a raise!

It was alright hotel was nice enough they forced everyone to use valet parking even though the garage was basically empty it seemed. Room service was only every other day so we had full trash cans and only two towels per room for 3 people. We even asked room service if we could have more but they apparently didnt understand what we were asking for.

Everything was very good. I'd like to express much appreciation for Sabrina. She parks the cars. I came from St. Louis to attend a Fever game last Wednesday. I couldn't get my uber app to work. She helped with that and after the game I called her and she arraigned for a return Uber. I've never seen service like that. And everyone was pleasant and attentive.

Exceptionally clean and fresh hotel from lobby to room. No weird smells. Tastefully furnished. Larger TV than most. Valet staff were super nice. Street noise is the only complaint.

My mom and I flew in from Maine on Tuesday to watch the Indiana Fever games on Wednesday and Friday. We stayed at an Airbnb Tuesday through Friday and booked with the hotel for Friday night, but we wish we had stayed at the hotel the whole time. This place is absolutely beautiful, with friendly staff and everything within walking distance. We had a blast attending the Fever games and exploring the city. We’re already talking about our next visit.

Clean, pretty hotel
Very clean, pretty, modern hotel. The room itself smelled like fresh linen when walking in and I loved it. Good A/C. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. I didn’t eat breakfast but my brother said it was pretty good. Parking/valet is kind of expensive, but I suppose that’s to be expected since we were downtown. The valet staff were kind and professional. The front desk staff were fine; not particularly friendly but not unfriendly either. They were professional and efficient. Location is convenient and the surrounding area was well kept and walkable. We were able to walk from the hotel to many different spots of interest while downtown. I would stay here again.
