Sleep and go it is ok

Older hotel purchased in 2020, remodeled (that is a laugh), poor restaurant and bar availability, room was cleaned daily I will give that a 10, A/C did not work properly. Old dingy smell in the room.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Beds are semi firm but fairly comfortable. Did not dine at the restaurant but a pretty good variety of toiletries and snacks/drinks available for purchase as well.

Poor maintenance

Even though this hotel is convenient for stay to reach the airport, maintenance is not good. The elevator was not working the way it is and I was only told after taking two trips up and down. When I cam asked about it, then the receptionist was saying to press the door open button as soon as you reach your floor. Not a good experience with cleanliness of the property as well.

Room with wet carpet and water drips from the AC

It was okay, location was quiet, ideal for guests using the nearby airport. The shampoo,conditioner,body wash,hand soap. lotion were good and the bathroom was neat. The property is a bit old, so are the carpets and furnitures, perhaps It needs some updating. Our room had a bucket collecting drips water from the air conditioner and the carpet around the bucket was wet. We could hear the dripping throughout the night. By the morning, we reported the issue to the front desk. We felt it was inappropriate for them to let guests use it without any explanation or alternative options. It seems that to them, having a room with leaky AC and wet carpet is normal and acceptable to guests in general.

Room was quiet and adequate in space. Elevator did not work properly. Front desk did not seem to care. Room refrigerator did not work. Breakfast did not include toast, bagels or fruit. No decaf coffee in the breakfast area. Fitness center was good but didn’t have hand sanitizer. Do not recommend this Holiday Inn.
