The only thing that I don’t like is paying the parking ticket 43 dls I got charged 2twice on my frist stay n I have stay a few time more here is the best breakfast

Nice but a little chilly
We felt like it was too cold in the hotel lobby, room, dining area and hallways. It took us a whole day to get our room at a comfortable temperature. The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location.

Location could not be beat! The room was just average - could tell it had been rushed when cleaning. Our TV stopped working and you could the sound of rushing water when the floor above us showered or used the toilet. The pool area was unbearably hot - felt like a full on sauna. Had to leave while my kids were swimming because I was dripping sweat. Overall it was a decent stay and the location for attending the basketball game couldn’t be beat!

LOVED: The front desk staff and valets were wonderful! The place was very clean and the breakfast was well prepared. TOUCH UP: It was unclear that check in is on the 2nd floor. maybe add a sign or arrow. Due to the massive people at the game the outside trash was overloaded onto the sidewalk. I'm sure that is very hard to keep up with. Easy fixes to improve the stay.

I want to stay that my stay at this hotel was good and staff was friendly but the lack information and instructions provided to a foreigner made it difficult for me to park my car which I paid double for. They didn’t tell me what floor the gym was on nor the pool. The hotel was nice and clean but overall the experience could have been better.

Very night hotel, clean, the dining options were nice. It was a very busy weekend and it took a long time the elevators to come. The pool was nice, but the chlorine smell was super strong and burned then eyes.

Valet parking staff were top notch - courteous, friendly & helpful. Front desk staff were all professional & helpful. All the other staff we encountered were very helpful. Excellent hotel & convenient to Gainbridge. Great stay for any concert or event there.
