New person at front desk checked us in. She was not entirely sure how to run her computer system to check us in. She had us wait for her trainer to make sure our room was ready. After check in, room was clean. Other than that, no issues.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very tidy and incredibly comfortable! I slept a solid 12 hours! It was fantastic! And breakfast was fresh and delicious!! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful, modern hotel
The property is very pretty with a welcoming lobby. The bar and breakfast area is nice. My room was modern and clean. The bathroom was very nice and updated. My complaint is the bedding was not very soft. I would say it was scratchy and not soft and cozy. You can also easily hear the nearby highway.

I had an accident day before we were to check in, sprained both ankles and couldn’t stand or walk. I tried to cancel my hotel reservation (about 30 hours ahead of check in) and asked if I could reschedule. Nope. NO WAY. Not a chance. Cost me about $250. All I wanted to do was have a chance to heal from accident and reschedule ... but the Manager, Ms. Emily, showed no mercy. Nice. Real Nice
