We enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of the room. It was lovely to be able to walk to Ruth Chris for dinner after a long drive. The only challenge was having to go to the front desk for ice. Otherwise, I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

The location is convenient. Beautiful and clean building and furnishings, but falls short beyond the aesthetics. The walls and ceilings are thin - we could hear every conversation and argument around us. Because of this, we barely slept. One morning, a hotel employee was navigating our hall with a luggage cart yelling “wake up, people!!” There is not enough parking. We were forced to pay for valet as we came back to the hotel after dinner and the entire lot was full. Imagine paying $380 for a room then being asked to pay more to park yet parking for their restaurants is free. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. With the cost, I had much higher expectations.
