The tv didn’t work room was dirty I cut my ankle and sent my bf to go down to the front desk to get a bandaid and some guy came into my room when he didn’t see me he left I quickly shut the door and he walked outside and knocked on my door when he saw my bf come back the man left

Stayed in room 123 (non smoking) but room smelt terribly like cigarettes, stains of the floor, desk hadn’t been wiped down, black mold in bathroom, shower curtain barely was hanging on, a piece of dog food was in the sink/drain. Just gross. Don’t go here.

The room was very clean!! The property was not. Not very many amenities. No coffee maker. The breakfast was small frozen muffins. Our door card was disabled at the start of our check out day. So that was an inconvenience. We put the “do not disturb” sign on the door. They came in anyhow while we were gone. Took all of our towels, used and unused. And replaced them with one body towel. Had to go to the office to ask for more.

Literally stay anywhere else
The room looked like the pictures but was disgusting. Literally spend the money and stay anywhere else. The staff was slow and ill informed, I was given A room number that didn’t even exist at check-in and was asked “ If I was sure, the room number didn’t exist??” At 12:30am. The neighborhood that this place is is was also sketchy. I ended out checking out a day early to go stay with a friend cause I was grossed out having to sleep there another night.

At least there was no chalk outline on the floor.
Old motel-style hotel. Front desk behind thick plexiglass gives off quite a weird vibe. Room was pretty dirty, unvacuumed floor, sticky spilled (hopefully soda) substance on night stand, peeling ceiling from a water leak. We were only there for a short night before flying out, but would not recommend.

They stole from me. When I got there they said I had to pay 100 dollar deposit. They said I would get it back. I paid 50 and they never returned my money. They said 24 to 48 hours.

Let me first start by saying the management was WONDERFUL! Super kind! But the hotel…holy smokes if I wasn’t in town for Taylor Swift I wouldn’t have been caught dead there…holes in walls. Mold on walls. Broken appliances. 12/10 would NOT recommend

Our room was quite dirty upon our arrival. It had an unpleasant odor as well. The floors were dirty and had not been swept or mopped, stains on towels and sheets, general dust and dirt everywhere. Staff did housekeeping once during our stay and did not leave any trash bags one they left. When I called the front desk and asked for some, they were never brought to my room. Hotel says breakfast is provided, but all they had was muffins and juice.

We were given a room that had not finished being cleaned so housekeeping came in when we were gone they finished cleaning it without our knowledge but then our key card got deactivated so my husband had to walk from the 3rd floor to the office at midnight.

Grossest hotel ever
Do not stay here. No smoking in the hotel and our room smelled like a casino. The couch and chair smelled absolutely horrible. Opened up the sleeper sofa and the mattress was covered in stains and was so bad, i slept on the concrete floor. Again, unless you want MRSA, do not stay here
