Our 480 square foot carriage house features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, including a fully equipped kitchen for any meal. The bedroom has its own washer and dryer and bathroom contains an oversized soaking tub. High-speed WiFi and smart home features ensure a seamless stay. The parking spot has a level 2 EV charger and the stairway is on the interior of the building. No need to worry about slippery or icy stairs! The dual-purpose kitchenette/entertainment room features an Ethan Allen leather couch that pulls out into a full bed.

You will have access to the entire carriage house. The main garage is separated from the carriage house (there is a locked interior door) so that the only access is your external door. Please note that you will hear the garage door open and close as guests of the main home come and go.
