Beware of Valet Parking
Hotel is nice and convenient located. There are 2 restaurants. The Cafe offers a well stocked breakfast buffet with an omelette station. All the food was very good. I guess they are having their parking garage renovated so they only offer offsite valet parking. It took over 40 minutes to get our car and we got tired of waiting and walked to get the car. I would suggest parking at the public lot just around the corner until they get the garage complete.

Took 54 minutes for valet to retrieve our (and dozens of other folks) vehicles. Missed lunch with friends waiting on valet to bring the car around. Getting it ourself wasn't an option. Not the end of the world. Hotel room and restaurant were above average. We could have certainly asked for valet earlier, but I've never been anywhere that was more than 20 mins. I would stay again, just know that valet could be an issue and order early. Hate to ask for the car too early and have it sitting in the way....

I was disappointed in the Sheraton this stay. We’ve stayed many times before and it used to be one of my favorite spots. However, there was no convenient parking and wasn’t aware of the discounted valet until we were already parked down the street. The door staff weren’t helpful in opening doors for guest with bags and suitcases. The hotel was noisy. Just a poor experience this time.

Good stay, but a few issues. Unable to valet due to them being backed up and no self-park, had to park a couple blocks away at the Hilton garage. Staff friendly. They really overcharge for everything, $50 deposit at check-in and another $50 deposit *if you want a microwave* . Having to swipe your room key in the elevator before you can push your floor button really sucks in packed elevators, reaching over people... and they're always packed. 2 towels,2 hand towels and no washcloths. The longest, lumpiest, flattest pillows, bring your own. Bed was grest though. Not a terrible stay, just a bunch of small things that added up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful for my check ins/out. Same for the valet. The hotel is well located just north of most restaurants, pubs/bars and shopping. It’s a walkable distance for everything, even the stadiums.

They appear fraudulent by promising to return my deposit after 2days of checking out of the hotel. They are owing me $290.62 and yet to return it and they confirmed that there was no damages when I was leaving that early morning.

The parking lot at the hotel is currently closed and they give you no other options besides $44/day valet. The valets were overwhelmed with cars stacked two deep and long waits for cars. The room itself wasn’t great — beds were not comfortable and the shower gel dispenser was empty. The refrigerator was not cold — had to throw out leftovers because they were not kept cold enough to be safe to eat. Would be dangerous if you needed to store medicine or baby milk in it. Overall the hotel is tired and the area around it is pretty empty and sad. There are better options in Indy for sure.
