The valet crew was amazing. Front desk staff very nice. Housekeeping was amazing. You can walk anywhere even to the zoo and Lucas oil stadium. Perfect location for the monumental marathon.

Denise’s at the front desk positively impacted the entire stay. She was friendly, prompt, and has great interpersonal skills. Our room was large and comfortable. We had two children and we were disappointed that we could not stream Disney or access Netflix for the kids.

Beware of Valet Parking
Hotel is nice and convenient located. There are 2 restaurants. The Cafe offers a well stocked breakfast buffet with an omelette station. All the food was very good. I guess they are having their parking garage renovated so they only offer offsite valet parking. It took over 40 minutes to get our car and we got tired of waiting and walked to get the car. I would suggest parking at the public lot just around the corner until they get the garage complete.

Took 54 minutes for valet to retrieve our (and dozens of other folks) vehicles. Missed lunch with friends waiting on valet to bring the car around. Getting it ourself wasn't an option. Not the end of the world. Hotel room and restaurant were above average. We could have certainly asked for valet earlier, but I've never been anywhere that was more than 20 mins. I would stay again, just know that valet could be an issue and order early. Hate to ask for the car too early and have it sitting in the way....
