They don’t have hot water, only slightly warm. No drain stopper in the bath tub. Breakfast was good. Dinner so-so.

Super friendly and helpful people; unbelievably gorgeous view. We didn’t use, very nice pools. Definitely would go back!

The Villa is very spacious and is in a great position within a gated complex covering the Cap D’Arco. It is a 3 min walk to the Shared Pool where there is a restaurant open most nights. Also a 3 min walk dow the hillside to the sea where there is a sea water pool and a cafe also. More upmarket food is served in the evening. The Villa does not have air-conditioning, but did not get too hot for us. We did miss not having a washing machine provided. Marta, the owner, was great with communication and with meeting us and explaining everything on arrival.

Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in Pomonte. The accommodation was fantastic for our family. We woke up every morning to the smells of fresh bread (10 steps away) and went to bed after eating a delicious gelato (20 steps away). The location really made our stay perfect. We only wished for a fan or a/c in the loft bedroom. It was quiet warm up there in yhe heat of summer. Thanks for a wonderful visit.
