I paid too much for what is essentially a bare-boned hostel pretending to be a hotel. Check in required a long hike to another hotel to obtain the key. One staff was particularly rude.

Overall, the pictures on expedia website and actual room are completely different. The room smell urine everywhere. Dirty and the worse is there are only 1 toilet and 2 shower for avout 15 people. Very very bad.

Worse customer service people who was in front desk at like thugs,when I mentioned room ac not working then he said it was broken couldn’t fix it so no ac then I ask can you provide some pans please then two male receptions was so rude to me it was a burning hot day in Italy I never recommended any one to stay that place specially families with children as they are like not normal people and don’t know how to talk to a customer at all

Just go ahead and find somewhere else to stay. This property is just dirty all around. The bathrooms are gross and outdated. The showers have black mold and dirty towels on the floor that are being used at bath mats. They leave trash in the hallway. The pictures don’t look anything like the rooms. I thought we would have a spacious room and bathroom. Our room barely fit a double bed and we shared one bathroom between 8 rooms downstairs. I wish we booked a hotel room instead. Also checking in, you have to go to another hotel to get your keys but they don’t tell you that beforehand so it is confusing. They also need signs that say when quiet hours are because people were having phone calls in the hallway at 10pm. The only good thing is that it was in a central location and close to the train station.

The house was not what we imagine. The property at the front looks old. The door barely looks like it closes. There are many stairs to go to the main rooms upstairs. We had to share the restroom which we didn’t know was going to happen. One of the restrooms had water in the floor. After all that We had a good stay but it didn’t feel like the house was worth what we paid.

Checking in wasn’t straight forward. We were left standing outside the building while it’s pouring rain outside before we were told our room number and that we can get in. It could’ve been communicated before we get there. Room was ok especially if you need it only for a short stay. Shared bathroom is fine but rules should be enfore better. Bathroom was dirty and there’s clothes hanging from other guests.

Terrible stay - do not recommend.
The room was not clean at all. Bathroom had black and red molds and smell very bad and kitchen area were also dirty. We really did not want to touch much. Sheets had a hole. It said that there was a kitchen in the room, but the kitchen was not well-equipped and the cooking stove did not work with pans in the room. It was deceiving to say "there was kitchen".

The owner was very kind. He allowed us to check in early. He helped us with our bag to the third floor. There’s no elevator, I cannot do stairs. It was my first issue. The beds were extremely hard they were like laying on the floor. I was unable to get comfortable the entire night it left me in a great deal of pain.
