Totally understaffed and facility not well maintained. Bathroom ventilation doesn’t work as it fogged up every use. Breakfast has no one monitoring to refill foods, drinks, etc. Gym is dirty and some broken equipments laying around. This needs a serious maintenance upgrades!

They lied at check-in that we booked a queen double room, when we actually booked a king; it would have been easier to deal with if they said we’ve over booked! We have the itinerary that we booked a king! Then in the morning — they had no regular coffee! Booker be weary— have your receipt in paper!
