Welcome to 28 Anderson Ave, an old fashioned small holiday rental in the beautiful seaside village of Inverloch. The property is fully fenced and pets are more than welcome.The off lead dog beach is at the end of the street, as is the beautiful Anderson Inlet, best place to swim. We provide Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, as well as 'Mor' guest amenities. The house has 2 queen size beds and one double, open plan kitchen, living and dining, a large outdoor deck, a shady front verandah. The house has split system heating and cooling. The bathroom has, bath, shower, toilet, as well as a second seperate wc, and shower in the is a large flat screen tv, DVD player, and we provide a good selection of DVDs, CDs and books.

We believe a pet friendly rental means just that,pets are welcome inside the property as well as outside, we provide dog bowls and toys. We are close to the tennis courts and the inlet beach as well as the beautiful Thompsons reserve.

We have a well equipped kitchen , a bbq area for all those wonderful summer nights. The garden is mainly native, providing lovely shady areas to sit and listen to the birds. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the surf beach.
we provide lots of information on the town and surrounding areas and are always available to answer any questions or recommendations you require.

We provide a good store cupboard for your use so you don't have to worry about salt, olive oil, jams etc, beach towels are also provided. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A MINIMUM TWO NIGHT BOOKING

Fabulous stay
I love the feel of the house. It is nicely decorated and feels homely. My dog and I were made to feel very welcomed and we enjoyed our midweek break. The five minute walk to the beach was perfect for our walks.

Quiet, beach getaway.
Light filled, comfortable and well appointed accomodation. Close to the beach and town centre. Fully fenced with throw rugs and dog bowls provided for pets. Host provided welcome letter and had heaters turned on (July) for our arrival, along with pastries and assorted treats. Woke up to bird calls and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the native garden. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Welcoming break
We loved the cosy cottage character that has been fitted out with all the comforts we needed and on top of that, delicious breakfast foods, fruit and treats. Our dogs had a wonderful time exploring the nooks and crannies of the safely fenced yard all around the house, and being able to come inside to sleep in the warmth if they wanted to. On top of that, a lovely little north facing covered alfresco seating area in the back yard adds the finishing touch to a very pleasant stay. Not to mention being able to walk the dogs down the road to the beach. Thank you for everything!

The house was lovely. Very welcoming with some delicious goodies on arrival.
A very nice property, small living area but fine for 2. Great decking, nice garden and a number of places to sit outside. The owner provides a lot of items, food for full breakfasts, lots of bathroom items and loads of linen and blankets. Very comfy.

Fabulous location with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a beach escape with your furry friends. The host spoils her guests with lots of little extras that go a long way to ensuring a comfortable stay for all. A definite one to add to the list of places to return to.

Dog friendly and comfortable home in a great seaside location. Easy walk to coast, with off lead beach at end of street (accessible only when not high tide), and 15min stroll into Interloch township with loads of cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

Great place with an incredible host
Nestled in Iverloch, this homely cottage near the beach was a haven for comfort. The host's incredibly thoughtful touch was evident in the well-stocked kitchen, filled with delicious snacks—a delightful surprise that made our stay all the more memorable. What a host! A perfect little spot to stay over the long weekend and get some much needed R&R. Would definitely love to stay again.

Great place
We stayed for 5 nights. Very pleasant and cosy cottage. Extremely surprised by the food that was provided for us by our host Jean. Great holiday rental!
My husband and I loved everything about this property. It has a great location, walking distance to shops and beach. The communication with the property manager was seamless. She is spoiling her holiday makers with all kind of goodies, which was a nice surprise on arrival. The house and pantry is stocked with everything you possibly would need for a short stay and more. The property manager Jean is such a gem! The house is roomy and has everything for your convenience. The yard was great for our doggy, so she had a great stay as well. We can highly recommend this property!

Loved this home for our weekend away. As the weather was a little chilly, having the heater on when we arrived was a nice touch! Also loved the scones, chocs and fruit that were provided for us to enjoy. It really was a home away from home as everything was provided. Cute, comfy and great location
Cute and cosy accommodation in a great location, with a dog beach just down the road. The house was spotless when we arrived, with a stocked pantry and cake and pastries left for us to enjoy. Would definitely book here again.

Grand Final long weekend
Such a lovely long weekend stay at 28 Anderson with family. The house is perfectly comfortable and Jean provided more than enough for us in terms of both basics and more. The dog beach down the road was a huge hit. Will certainly return, if we can.

Beautiful Accommadation
My husband and myself stayed two nights here with our pooch. Everything was immaculate and the host had left extras for us to enjoy . The yard was great for our little dog ,well fenced. It is also not too far from the main centre ,we walked there and back , and we are seniors , so definitely not to strenuous .

Relaxing Trip
Property was amazing so homely & Jean left us so many goodies, felt we were visiting a friend. Location fabulous, short walk to beach & cafes, house had everything you could possible need. Loads of sitting & lounging areas outside in the beautiful garden. Will definitely be back .
