Whispering Tea Tree On Surf

Situated just a short walk away from the Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club this home is the perfect location for surfers, kids in the Nippers program and anyone that loves swimming and walking along the shore. An outdoor shower is provided for a quick wash down before you head back in doors.

Large Smart TV located in the living area upstairs with Foxtel and free Wifi and a second smaller TV is located in the living area downstairs as well.

Comprising two levels, the ground floor has a bedroom with 2 singles beds, a bathroom combining a laundry and a small living area with TV. Perfect for teenagers or the Grandparents who want some quiet time.

Upstairs you enter into the light filled open plan living, kitchen and dining area which leads out onto a spacious balcony. The balcony has a large outdoor dining setting, umbrella and a BBQ, what better place to spend an evening with friends and family. The living area has a comfy seating area with TV, air conditioning and a wood fire for your comfort.

Down the hallway there is three more bedrooms all with reverse cycle heating and cooling units, which are serviced by a family bathroom.

Sleeps 8 -Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, Bedroom 4: downstairs 2 single beds.

The property has a carport that can accommodate 2 small cars and huge front yard that could fit more cars, boats and jet skis. The front yard is a great space for the kids to run around and have a game of cricket or play kick to kick, a basketball ring is situated on the front of the house which should keep everyone entertained.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

Great spot
Property was a good size for two families (4 adults, 4 children between 8 and 12 years). Directly across from patrolled beach and surf club kiosk (that the kids loved!). Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen, laundry and bathroom had what we needed, enough plates, glasses etc
