Book Irma hotels

2nd time staying here. The fireplace was my favorite part. First time was 4 years ago in summer and we had a blast.

Staff was amazing as are the accommodations.

The stay it self was fine with no issues. We booked on Hotels.com with the option to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged our credit card twice. We called 6 days after we had stayed their. I was told by the front desk that the refund had already cleared and I needed to call my bank. It has been 6 days since the stay and the refund was the same day and cleared the same day is what I was told. My bank does not have a transaction showing the credit took place. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she would not be in for 4 days and I had to wait until Sunday. I asked to speak to someone else and was told there is nothing they can do but have me wait 4 days. This is incredibly disappointing a clear error on their part that they have said they are aware of is not their problem and I need to wait.
