2nd and last time staying at this property and I will not be staying again. Its clean, and in a business area, however the service is not good. On my original stay we had to call the front desk twice within an hour for toilet paper and bath towels. No one came up to bring, my husband ended up having to go downstairs, after we called a 3rd time and they said that they were busy. We stayed this past weekend and had a similar issue, we waited 20 minutes called the front desk again and was told we had to go downstairs. Why did they make us wait? They could have told us the first time. Continental breakfast is not good either, basically all carbs.

Exhibition of customer centricity
Amazing Experience.. kudos to the hotel team on demonstration of customer centricity from Check in to Check out. We reached at 10:30 AM in the morning along with a 2 year old kid and we were super tired. The gentlemen in the reception ( sorry didnt take note of his name ) not only offered us the early check in but also upgraded our room as there was no rooms available of our booked category at that time. I didnt have words to thank him. also on the next day we arrived late for the breakfast and they happily opened the closed breakfast section to take the food for us and prepared special food for our kid too. 24 hours complimentary coffee and tea with temperature maintained is also another testimony for their customer centricity. I wish i could have stayed more than one night but had a comfortable experience.

The was dirty you can hear everything I ask to be moved 3 times the first one the neighbors were loud the 2 one it smelled really bad when I ask to be moved they gave me the next door room same it smelled the pillows smelled like it was use the bed made soooo much noise it was uncomfortable the toilet was not flushing terrible experience

When you walk in the hotel it’s clean, modern, beautiful but empty. Which could be good thing. In this case it was good because I don’t like a lot of people anyway and I loved the relaxation room by the front desk. Plenty of couches a TV and small bar. Very cozy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. My stay was quiet and relaxing. For the PRICE it was 5 star. Definitely would stay again.

Our room had a few ants in the bathroom. The were minimal and we could wipe away. The clothes closet was small and coul not put luggage/bags in. But the Gym and pool was great. Breakfast was included which started our day well.

This is the worst hotel ever experienced. The front desk is terrible with bad attitude. Their parking is $28 per night but the front desk explained $28 during stay they don’t even know their job. The sheets have multiple spots and when reached out to the front desk they said it is because of washing it too much and acts like it is normal. The staffs are very rude at the front desk, they don’t smile and not welcoming at all. Full of depressed people.
