Sea view with cozy room, spacious and clean, the distance to ferry terminal is ideal. Self check in without key or keypad is very convenient. Washing machine is powerful and the dryer was equipped. Nice experience for our family. Highly recommended for family stay

Great value for money
I was surprised how new the building was. The room was nicely set up. Location is very convenient in town with all groceries and eateries. Very comfortable stay. The only minor request would be if the hot water is hot but not boiling hot and you cannot adjust it. Great value for money. I will stay there again for my next visit.

チェックインの為に入ると、エントランスで座り込む海外の人たち。部屋の暗証番号などの連絡が届いていないから入ることができないと困っていたので代わりに電話をして尋ねた。それが1組だけではなかったことにも驚いた。客室の椅子はホコリが多くて清潔感はゼロ。座らない方がいいと感じるくらい。周辺は便利な立地。

Nous sommes arrivés le 24 aout a 12:30h a l’hotel, bien qu’il était effectivement marqué que la chambre ne serait disponible qu’a partir de 16h , ma copine étant diabétique et ayant des médicaments importants nous avons tenté de joindre le personnel de l’hotel. Strictement aucune réponse ne nous a été apportée que ça soit par mail ou par message au personnel. Nous avons donc attendu avec nos valises incapable de rentrer dans l’entrée de l’hotel car oui aucun mail concernant les codes de l’hotel ainsi que de notre chambre nous a été envoyé avant l’heure prévue qui était de 16h! Nous avons donc patienté plusieurs heures et avons même croisé un autre touriste dans le même cas que nous. Nous avons donc tous les trois patienté au dela de 16H , ce n’est qu’a 16h20 que grâce à deux japonais nous avons pu appeler le personnel de l’hotel qui nous avait effectivement oublié et nous as donné les codes par téléphone. En plus de cet accueil honteux qu’elle fut notre surprise lorsque dans la chambre que l’ont avait enfin récupérée subsistait une odeur de PIPI DE CHAT. Cette odeur nauséabonde nous as même value une des pires nuit de sommeil qu’un homme puisse imaginer. Il serait donc plus qu’appréciable que l’hôtel nous dédommage de cette exécrable expérience.

3世代で、大人5人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは、大人5人だと、すごく広いとは感じなかったけど、普通に生活する分には問題なし。 ベッドルームが２部屋になってるのは良かった。シングルベッド４台と折りたたみの簡易ベッドもあって良い。 お風呂と洗い場が別、洗濯機、乾燥機、キッチンありで、フライパンや鍋、食器類もあったのですごく良かった。 ６階だったので、ベランダから遠目に海が見える。 壁の薄さはわからない。 部屋がもう少し広ければ良かったけど、総合的に見ると、料金も安いし、部屋にWi-Fiついてる、駐車場無料、このホテルにして良かった。

とても静かで良かったです 近くドンキーもあり助かりました 施設内もとても清潔でした。初めてのフロントのいないホテルで心配でしたがちゃんとチェックインできました 今回はイベントがあり一人でのステイでしたが、次回はファミリーでステイしたいです。

石垣島に2泊して、西表島に行くつもりでしたが娘が八重山総合病院に急遽入院することになり、ハイシーズンでレンタカーも予約がいっぱいで借りれなくて、こちらのホテルからなら病院まで歩きで行ける距離なのでとりあえず一泊で泊まることにしました。あまり期待してなかったのですが、部屋はコンパクトですが、とても綺麗にしてあり、お風呂とトイレも別で、キッチンもすごく綺麗でした。潔癖症なので他のコンドミニアムでは洗濯機とかキッチンなど使ったことないのですがCOZYホテルのキッチンは最低限のキッチン用品がおかれてあり、1人外食も嫌になりサンエーというスーパーで石垣牛や島豆腐を買って部屋飲み食べしました。とても気に入ったので3泊しました。石垣島の中心部にあるので海近いとかではないですが、ベランダから海が見れ、ベッドも快適でした。
