When we went to check in at 3 pm. We were told to come back in 45 minutes to an hour as the room was not ready. When we came back to check in, we did not get the room we reserved. We booked with Bonvoy when we checked out they would not give us a receipt. They did take our credit card. The staff was not that friendly

Great breakfasts. Everythìng very clean. Our room was quite spacious. The outdoor hottub was a wonderful experience. We had some trouble with a flat tire and we treated kindly and given good help. Best room I've ever been in 10/5!!

This hotel has been one of my families favorite. I have 3 small children and they enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast. This hotel is beautiful and the river views in the evening are the best!
