I had to go back downstairs every night when I got to my room to get my key recharged so that I could get back in my room. Most of the TV channels came in super fuzzy. Other than those two things, I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, and they have a pretty good fitness facility. Not much if anything for nightlife or restaurants near hotel.

Was in town for a funeral. We needed a place quickly, paid for 2 rooms and extra for the ability to cancel. We found that the extra amount paid only gave us a few extra hours to cancel so when my elderly parents were too ill to make the long trip we tried to cancel 1 of the 2 rooms but were 3 hours too late and was charged the full amount for an empty room. This franchise rubbed salt into a wound and I will not forget. I guess they saw an opportunity to hurt a grieving family and could not resist a cash grab.

Top notch
Window treatment with room darkening shade worked very well. Requested replacement ironing board, it was there in a couple minutes. Breakfast area very clean. All staff gave us a smile. Biodegradable plates, compostable. Good oatmeal with toppings, not instant. Hot breakfast items.
