When i arrived to the hotel i was informed that they have no vacancies. I had to search for another hotel going from one hotel to anther with all members of my family. This was very upsetting to all of us.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
予約がないと言われ深夜に50分くらい待たれた。英語は全く通じず、翻訳アプリで終始やり取り。ホテルも二カ所に別れているらしく、1はつぶれたから2がここだみたな感じで正しいのか間違っているのか、もはや分からない。空港からも渋滞もあり場所が分かりにくいというかホテルも看板も何もなく分かりにくく30分タクシーで20ユーロ払い散々だった。予約が結局されていたが、それが分かるまでタクシーの運転手も巻き込んで通訳して貰って本当に疲れた。
