my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had made a reservation for a king-size suite room for four persons from [29 july 2023] to [01 August 2023] under the reservation reference number [55251989]. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards that were advertised and expected.
Upon my arrival on [29 july 2023], I was shocked to discover that the room I was assigned did not match the specifications I had booked and was promised in the booking confirmation. Instead of the king-size bed and an extra bed, the room contained a double bed and a single sofa bed. This left our group with a missing bed, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout our stay.
Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning at all during the first two nights of our stay. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk and address the issue, the AC remained inoperative. It was only on the third day, late at night, that an electrician was sent to fix the AC unit. This prolonged lack of basic amenities significantly marred our experience and made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the sweltering weather.
I believe that as a guest, I have the right to expect a comfortable and accurate accommodation that aligns with the reservation I made and the promises outlined in the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this expectation, and it has left deeply dissatisfied.
