Conrad the best in Istanbul
My stay at the Conrad was the best, it is always my destination in isranbul where i find comfort cleanliness and warm welcoming from the hotel door step. The breakfast is amazing to start the day at this hotel and the comfy lobby especially if the piano is playing. I want to give specials thanks Mehmmit, Bulent and Goktug in the hotel front , always welcoming the guests, supporting in transport, and very helpful guys.

We had a wonderful stay in Conrad Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel staff are exceptional at providing great service. The breakfast staff were very attentive. They kept checking with us to see if we needed more coffee or tea. The concierge staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing and ensure the smooth check-in and check-out process. Room are very clean, bed was very conformation, the air-conditioner regulates the temperature very well. I love the fact that we didn't have to slot in the room card to turn on the electricity for the room so that we could leave the heat on so the room temperature would stay constant when we were outside. The bathroom is beautiful and functional. I love the body lotion - very moisturizing and smell good

We were very impressed with the service and the attitude of the employees at Manzara Restaurant, where we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Both experiences were excellent. However, we did encounter an issue with a blocked shower pan, which caused water to overflow out of the washroom. Although we contacted the help desk, and they resolved the issue promptly and thoroughly, I expected more than just an apology as compensation. We were very tired and unable to use our room for nearly an hour that evening, which was quite inconvenient.

Staying at Conard was indeed a heartfelt experience. It was inspiring to see adults with Down syndrome engaging in their roles around the lobby, and being a part of their activities as a waiter brought so much joy to my days. I truly loved every aspect of Conrad.
