Staying at Conard was indeed a heartfelt experience. It was inspiring to see adults with Down syndrome engaging in their roles around the lobby, and being a part of their activities as a waiter brought so much joy to my days. I truly loved every aspect of Conrad.

we were one holiday for a few days at Conrad, when we checked in we were sold that if we paid additional 250 pounds/night we could have upgrade with access to lounge. we paid for the upgrade, but were disappointed, because the food in the lounge was poor, the alcohol provided was limited range, and was provided only between 5-7 pm and everything was cleared up soon after. the breakfast provided in the lounge was also very limited, not good quality. overall we feel we did not get anything more for paying the additional 250 pounds a night, we are disappointed.
