Hotel was lovely and very pretty. Really liked the general feel of it and including the room we stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Betül was always welcoming with a smile every morning. Only two things we didn't like that much was breakfast was very similar each day, with some variations. Would have been nice if they changed things up a bit on different days. Also the biggest issue for us was the location, as it is near a dual carriageway. Even though we had read in previous reviews that stated the metro station was not that far. It took us a good 15-20 minutes walk one way. Then the journey time depending on where you wanted to go. So we ended up traveling a good 2 hours plus each day. As taxis were expensive and metro very cheap. There was not much around other than the Hill town shopping centre. Other than that, it was a good and pleasant stay.

The hotel was convenient to the location of the dr office I was seeing for rhinoplasty, also close to the hospital where I would be having surgery, so that was good! It is far from any of the sites tho, and will require an hour or so Uber ride to get to the bazaar or Gemara tower, iskatel st! Taksim square etc! Carpet in the room was a little stained and dirty! They did surprise me with a birthday cake in my room on my birthday, which was v nice!

Like : nice, modern ambience and interior, good spa and facilities Floor manager Mr. Koray accommodated request for early cancellation (with penalty) Unlike: too far from city, very inconvenient and costly to&fro commute, overall a 4-star hotel, limited dining options, many guests are medical tourists for various treatments We were moved to 4-star property (Elite World Comfy) instead of 5-star (Elite World Istanbul). We had booked 5-star at Kucukyalo and expected that we will be booked in a similar 5-star property in Taksim. We even paid extra to move to a larger suite. The rooms, facilities and hotel property is very outdated in comparison and my family was extremely disappointed and unhappy.

The hotel is pretty modern and the staff was super nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast. There is a mall nearby walking distance of 10 minutes. There is a thermostat in the room however it didnt work properly. I started getting terrible hest during the night when i had the AC on. Several of us had this issue in different rooms.

The property is amazing . Breakfast is great. View of the ocean by restaurant made it a great experience for me. So far I stayed twice and I would do it again. I highly recommend this property. 👍👌

Couldn't of asked for more. The hotel looked after me for my short stay. There's more than enough to do inside the hotel and there's very nice shopping mall in walking distance. Definitely returning if I visit Istanbul again.
