Major Health risk
My 'stay ' ? lasted less than 10 minutes as the hotel rooms were disgusting . Filthy and unclean. As I checked back out , I was told the water pipes were old and this was why the water was not clear. ????? I hadn't even wanted to touch a tap. I assume this was a cover story for the man checking in at the desk as I left.

hi .. we had a terrible stay in erciyes hotel.. every where was so filthy .. The toilet was so dirty that we didn't use it and they put naphthaline tablet in the toilet because of that the room had the bad smell and we had eye irritation .. moreover because the staff treated inhospitality, we arrived at hotel after 5:00 PM then they didn't allow us for checking in and we spent first night sitting on a dirty sofa in a cramped lobby.. please omit this place from your list of hotels because this place really isn't like a hotel.. and I saw other people that dissatisfied with this place.. please don't use the word of "hotel" for this place, There is more like an abandoned hostel Thank you for your attention

Nice for its low price.
The hotel is good enough for this low price however rooms need a lot of cleaning and fixing, toilet and hand wash sink was broken. there is no elevator in the building.

The check-in at this hotel is very strange. Not allowed after 5pm. Because of our flights evening landing I had contacted Ebookers to get confirmation that we would be allowed a late check-in. Also on the Ebookers website there is a pledge that customers can check-in at any time of the day worldwide. Upon arrival I had to pay an extra 150 Turkish Lira to check-in late. I would like to be re-imbursed for this amount. I also suggest you take this terrible hotel off your listing, it does nothing for your reputation.

This hotel, must be closed by the authorities , This is the dirtiest hotel I have seen ever in my life, the front office staff, told me, we clean only once at three working days, walls, very dirty, WC, hasn't window, and same place shower, space 1 mittre squared, street through window , it's parkings of traders' trucks, all night the sound of engines, it was really a nightmares. I hope Expedia , never show this hotel on its website , must be banned.

This place is a dump, stinks smoke everywhere inside the tiny room nose and eyes got irritated within a minute inside the room, area is super noisy cars and kids playing, people shouting each other, bathroom dirty and no toiletries onle two used bar soups never received a room service, please do yourself a favor and remove this hotel from Expedia.

Worst place ever
It was the worst hotel experience I had. This hotel can easily be nominated for dirtiest hotel of Istanbul (International). The visitors and personel smoke everywhere in hotel even in the rooms. In the room you will find bugs and insects. In the carpet there are burnholes. The sheets were also very dirty. And the staff is very rude and disrespectul. Not in a million years I would ever go back there, I would rather sleep outside in the fresh air. The most disgusting place on earth, I don’t understand that people are allowed to book there, it should be closed down.

Actually as İ stepped the threshold of the so called hotel İ knew we're not checking in to stay it's terrible filthy smells dirt all over we couldn't believe that expedia enlist it to offer it to stay in none of expedia or other would so bottom line we looked instantly for another hotel after we fled the scary & risky Sokak & area location İ hope expedia did not release the money because İ expect to be reimbursed for since we did not stay or check in for the reasons mentioned above . Strange enough this is my second message to expedia somebody must respond and contact me why this lack of service or after sale service this is not expedia norm .

The worst experience. Met by a rude person who rebuked me for arriving at 2:30 am, despite communication via Expedia re my flight arriving after midnight. Was told I had no reservations, despite showing my Expedia confirmation. Was told I had to pay and it would be non-refundable. I said I will call Expedia and suddenly my reservation showed up. An old and dilapidated place in an industrial area. I have plenty of pictures: rotten door, cover with cigarette holes, unprotected defective electric outlets, the internet didn’t work. No elevator. Covers smelled of other guests and was told because they smoked and eventually gave me new covers. Lack of proper personal boundaries by main front desk attendant. Happy to communicate directly with Expedia and provide pictures. Way beneath any standard I imagined for Expedia. Ended up leaving for 8 nights to go elsewhere. The final stroke was last night when a small mouse went scurrying across my room and under the bed. The one and only staff did not seem phased at all and said it is because people eat in their rooms. The rooms do have small refrigerators! He offered another room,#106, which looked just as disgusting. I booked elsewhere and took a taxi there. As it is, I stretched my budget as far as I could by spending 8 nights at other hotels in different hotels and came back only because I couldn’t afford to pay for double hotels anymore. Final blow: a mouse that ran across my room I went elsewhere for the last 4 days and no refund.

The receptionist double booked all single rooms and had a free double room and refused to give it to me for 3 nights out of 4 even though I paid in full 4 nights months in advance. He refused to help me find another room and the only night I stayed at the hotel there is no fire alarm or ventilator in the room and is infested with cockroaches. Very dirty

The lack of cleanliness of the room is remarkable. The toilet was splashed with urine, the garbage basket was full of garbage from the previous guests, there were soap pads used in the bathroom, the carpet was a cumulus of dirt and hairs. We checked out a few hours later, we ended up renting an airbnb

I book this hotel on the last minute. I reach there about 30 minutes after i book around 830pm, but the last for check in time is 630pm. For me, Hotels.com should block me from booking after 630pm due to last check in. Im also not aware of the notice. But the hotel receptionist still let me check in. Thanks to the guy. Just a moderate hotel, the bed is not so good & not comfy, the condition of the hotel is also moderate. Its okay for you if l youre just looking hotel to overnight

Don’t trust all hotel advert in Turky
Very dirty, no heating! Heating complatlly not working! It’s not 4 bed same advert! It’s 3 bed!Completely different with pics and description! No tv! All staff was damage or dirty, very could room! Window can’t close! Toilet door can’t close! And very dirty!
