Very nice property and staff. The walls are a bit thin, as you can hear alot of what's happening throughout the facility. Expect a ton of haggling from nearby restaurants and bars. But overall a nice place to stay if you want to be in old town.

I was a bit concerned because it is an older property, but it was very clean and the staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful in booking tours, making recommendations, and answering all our general questions. I would say it exceeded my expectations. Also, while in the heart of the Old City, it was very quiet in our 4th floor room and we did not hear the street noise. Water pressure and A/C were also wonderful (not always the case!).

This hotel was situated in a nice location walking distance to Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque. I have stayed in Istanbul a few times now however as a VIP customer I would say the following - Breakfast was the same everyday - if I was there for a week I would have been bored with the food. They should provide a variation of eggs rather than charge for it (have to say though there was a lovely lady there who went out of her way to get me brown bread) The spa facilities is basic there is a a Sauna, Hammam room there but no one to provide a nice experience we arranged for a massage which was nice and discounted due to being VIP.Negotiate any excursions.Bathroom - shower glass pane had a gap where all the water falls onto bathroom floor, we did advise them to put seals as this could lead to someone slipping. Overall it was a pleasant stay but didn't feel I got the VIP service as I have done before at previois hotels.

Brilliant location, walkable to Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and nearby coast. Easy access to small shops for the basics, (SIM cards, water, fruit and snacks). Staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive. Hotel is very clean. Really enjoyed our stay,. We were a family of five and had twin rooms. Huge thanks to Kenyan and the team.

This is a gem of a place with Kenans leadership you will never feel not special . He and Imre are amazing !! Feels like you are staying in a mini castle . We stayed here 13 years ago and tried it again , well worth it !!

Do not stay here. This is a very tired property with multiple problems with the rooms. - air conditioning control in the room doesn't work unless you specifically ask the manager to turn it on centrally - various light bulbs are out--meaning the lighting in the room was very dark - the TV had extreme static--I don't usually go to a foreign country to watch TV, but Turkiye was actually playing in the euros that day and it would have been great to watch some of the match from my room--really poor quality reception - shower didn't work right--hot water took forever to start - toilets didn't flush properly--had to press it 3-4 times every time to get it to work. Basically, all the things a functional hotel room should have, this one didn't (despite the price point of 300 euros/night). Don't stay here. Plenty of other better options out there.

The property is well located for main tourist sights in Sultanahmet. However, of the two rooms we had one was very cramped. The showers also leaked water onto the floors due to inadequate covering. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel means there is no parking outside for taxis or coaches so there is no time for them to wait for you.
