Hotel is a little dated. Room was clean outside of the bathroom that had some mold around sides of tub etc. Outside of that it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room on the top floor with a view of water and away from the street noise(highly recommend). Service was over and above. Great location but be ready to turn down multiple restaraunts on your way in and out. Very close the main tourists sights though you'll likely be fed up with the crowds by the end.

Great location for walking to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mustafa, Emre and the young lady helping at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is the loud music from one of the bar/restaurants across the road which went on until 2am on a couple of nights.

Overall it was ok, only one night we stayed(circumstantial) and I would say customer service was ok, not great but ok. The bell hop however was excellent!! The facilities downstairs looked not too bad. But we did not end up using them.

Excellent small property with great rooms and breakfast. Only negative can be a major one for some travelers- NOISE. Loud music from close by bars will stay on until 1am each night, so if that’s a problem DONT STAY here choose a quieter location property.

breakfast was good, staff was kind. The hotel was in a centeal area of Istanbul but very touristy and it felt very overwhelming. I understand he restaurants are trying to encourage you to come into their establishment but as women traveling we often felt harrassed when we would step out of our hotel.

Read the entire thing. The location is convenient, walkable to main mosques and cafes. Rooms are small and the lighting needs an update, can’t see anything in the rooms. Spa is nice, good sauna and steam room. Gym is super small with 3 treadmills and a couple of weights. Now, the hotel is located on the Main Street with trashy bars, loud music starts after 11 pm and lasts past 2 am. I asked if they can give us another room, the answer was NO. I haven’t slept for 3 night straight, what a great vacation right there. The hotel is outdated and old, but well maintained and personnel is sweet, rooms were always fixed and cleaned on the daily basis. We asked for a transfer to the airport in the morning with the price of $60. When it was a time to pay the manager claimed it’s 60 Euros and quoting “I don’t care what currency you use”, suddenly when they got all their money they became extremely unprofessional and rude. Suit yourself if you want to stay at a place like that. Personally for me - I wouldn’t recommend

The bathroom furniture was falling apart. There was no complimentary drinking water, as is customary in other hotels. The only advantage is the convenient location - walking distance from the main attractions.

The property is located in a very busy one way road so there was constantly traffic. Every night the bars had music on till 4am-5am in the morning so it was really hard to get any sleep. The breakfast is less than basic, we were charged for fried eggs at breakfast every morning.

Fantastic location! It is right in old town, short walk to major sites, lots of good restaurants nearby, safe neighborhood. It is a busy street so expect delays in getting a taxi and traffic (tons of massive tour buses loading/unloading). The staff are very friendly, with the exception of one that was not helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room size ok. It was clean, but the hotel is older so there were issues with a leaky shower and air con not working. We were in an executive room with balcony and we loved sitting out there with views of the Haggia Sofia and Blue Mosque. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was excellent, the location is close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, there’s so many restaurants as soon as you step outside. The staff was great, I wouldn’t stay here again as Saturday night there was a nearby party/club that went on until 4 am, you could hear the DJ and people cheering and screaming making it difficult to fall asleep.
