We had a wonderful stay at the Galatas hotel.the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent - we could walk everywhere and it was super convenient in terms of restaurants and cafes. What was most notable though was how the staff went above and beyond and the level of Service was impeccable - our room was thoroughly Cleaned everyday, anytime we requested something, the request was fulfilled Immediately, they even accommodated our timings to use the spa/ gym early. The only point I would make is that, even though it was an advantage to be in such a lively area, the area is not very quiet at night. However despite that, we would return to this hotel in the future.

This was my second time at this hotel and again, I didn't get disappointed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Top location. Hotel room was very comfortably and clean. Best view from the Terrasse Restaurant, where Bahar makes the best Turkish coffee. Strongly recommended!

Galata hotel is located it in a wonderful location, near everything by walking or train, the staff was very helpful and gentle. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was really good. I would recommend Galata hotel to anyone and if we have the opportunity to come back for sure we will stay there again.

Stayed for a second time and loved it again. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff (Volcan especially is wonderful!). Perfect location, walkind distance to the Egyptian Bazar, Galata port and Galata Tour, close to the Old City and Dolmabahçe palace. Plenty of shops, inviting cafes and restaurants to choose from in the area. Strongly recommend!

The location was great as it was close to the Galata tower with plenty of stores for shopping and eating in walking distance. I would recommend to visit again as it is a nice location for walking distance to enjoy your stay.

Great stay

Great stay at Galata's for long weekend with a friend. The spa downstairs is lovely and just what you need after a long day sightseeing. The location was absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to lovely cafes, great restaurants and bars, and super easy to walk over to Fatih (or get the tram). The staff went above and beyond. I would stay there again in a heartbeat but I would request a room on a higher floor - as another review mentioned, we were on the second floor and it was a bit noisy sometimes.
