A young lady at the front desk, Ms Zeynep, was an absolute pleasure to coordinate my trip with. When I arrived, I was feeling sick from sinus congestion. She understood my condition, allowed me to find a room a bit earlier than usual, and gave me clear instructions for the nearest pharmacy. She consistently checked in on my condition and offered to help in anyway possible. She was great ambassador for Hampton.

My stay was very good and the Staff was very courteous... However, when checking in, the front desk representative (a "trainee") could not find the Expedia Reservation on the hotel system, in spite of showing her 3 different emails I had received after I made the reservation. I do not know where the issue was.
