Hotel was good, clean, location is nice, breakfast was good, was also good for dinner. The staff was SPECTACULAR! I had an accident during the trip and the hotel manager was amazing, he arranged everything (ambulance, hospital, translated..), the entire staff was always there to help, they really made the difference! I have no words to describe this team of people, they are above and beyond.

No parking in the area, Police will not allow the cars to come in front of the hotel even though we had a paper from the hotel to allowing us. Everyone is rude, WiFi is very slow and works only 2 hours a day. I don’t recommend this place at all.

the location is good close to touristic areas. the management employees were great very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Erdal the day shift receptionist was the best. BUT the room cleaning was awful a lot of dust under the bed. in addition to discovering missing cigarette packs and someone stealing a good amount from my roommate's whisky bottle.
