Visited Istanbul many times over the last few years, revisited again august 2024 and booked hotel alilass. Booking in process was very simple and easy, location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the blue mosque and surrounding areas, also 5/10 minute walk to tram station. Multiple food options at the door step! Staff are excellent, friendly and always happy to help. Room is average size bedroom, with en-suite! Our shower was leaking however notified staff and this was resolved immediately. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. There are also loads of trips which can be booked via reception, myself and my partner opted for the massage which was amazing loved it, reception arranged everything and it was perfect. Breakfast option available too, good selection of food but also loads of breakfast places nearby. Location is excellent and staff are amazing!

I want to share my brief experience at this facility. Initially, they refused to refund me despite proof of non-entry to the country. Despite attempts from Expedia and direct messages, they showed no flexibility. However, they did agree to reschedule my stay. Upon arrival, the reception directed us to a room that looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia – it was really tiny. We accepted it, but later, when I took a shower, water leaked under the door and even went outside the room. When we called the reception, the staff member was rude, insinuating that we didn't know how to shower and even raising his voice. Despite showing him the issue with the door's isolation, he claimed he had never encountered this problem before. He acknowledged it was their mistake only after one day when I showed him the problem again. He offered us another room on the first floor, but it was very noisy due to its proximity to the shops. When we asked to return to our initial room, he was rude again, claiming that we had used two rooms. Regarding cleanliness, the drapes were clean. Overall, I'd like to thank the blonde girl who showed great empathy and the guy who helped us to our room initially (I think he was the cleaner ). Unfortunately, the other staff member's behavior cost you this bad review.

The location of this hotel to all the main tourist attractions as well as lots of restaurants was its big draw for us. The room was clean and basic, a little small for longer that a few nights but more than enough for our three days. We were on the road side of the hotel and it was very, very noisy at night, which was inevitable given the location. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of home cooked cake and other products which showed a great attention to detail. There was a great rooftop terrace with a wonderful view of the sea with chairs and tables, which sadly didn’t seem to be used except by smokers and us!

Stayed in July. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast and friendly but unimposing staff. Didn’t love the aggressive tactics of the restaurant staff nearby but it seems to be everywhere. This hotel was an oasis of calm in busy Istanbul.

The hotel is in an excellent position for sight seeing. Major tourist places within easy walking distance. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Very clean. Drink making facilities in room. Room was small but adequate/functional. Cleaned every day and linen changed. Would stay there again. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Everything was good. The manager took great care of my parents and guided them well. The only drawback was that there was no lift in the hotel. The staff did carry my parent's luggage upstairs.

Great location! If it is your first time in Istanbul this location is amazing, you are a short walk away from the blue mosque. The staff is friendly. The room is clean which is the many important part for me. And the size is good.

The room was very small and had almost no storage for clothes, toiletries or anything else. The only option was to keep clothes in the suitcase and store that under the bed. There was no room in the bathroom to keep any toiletries apart from a toothbrush and toothpaste. There was only one power socket in the bedroom, which was certainly not enough for 2 people with multiple devices. We had not realised in advance that there was no lift, and we were on the third floor, which was rather taxing, especially after a busy day out. However, the room was immaculately clean, the air conditioning very efficient, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms are clean and feels comfortable. We also enjoyed delicious breakfast and the staff was always friendly, helpful, especially in our early departure (3:30am). The gentleman who was taking care of the hotel was quite helpful and polite and helped us to arrange airport transportation. We loved this place and would stay there again.

The room was in very good condition, the location of the hotel is perfect walking distance to all the landmarks such as the Sultan Ahmed Mosqie and Aya Sofia.
