The hotel is good; I think I just got bad luck with them....or they really don’t care. I booked a Deluxe King bed and they gave me superior Double bed.... 3 times told them.. And they told me the same: I need to check the reservation... next day after contacted Expedia and request that I want to have a room that I booked and paid. The hotel offered me an upgrade to a suite ( we talking about changing room at 10 pm)but next day at 9:00 a construction was going on just under my room all day ... they offer me again to change for another room… changing 3 times was too much for a reservation for 3 nights. They apologize with a half bottler of wine.. That was nice but no wine opener…. Went to the reception in person to request one and at 2:15 am they call to my room to let me know that they don’t have one…..just for the record they have a full bar at the lobby just in front of the reception. If you ask to talk to a manager they tell you that they are in a meeting, come back next day at 11:00.
In case you are thinking about staying in that hotel, the location is very good and the hotel is in good condition and nice. Better to book the cheapest and smaller room or maybe think about booking the hotel just in front which is beautiful .
